Halloween Window Painting Contest Celebrating fall since 1963!
Since 1963, shop windows in downtown Los Altos have been dressing up for Halloween through the efforts of local students! Open to grades 4th-8th, prizes for each grade level. Entry forms are available in September in the Recreation Office.
